Altitude Training Camps

Training at altitude will produce an increase in speed, strength, endurance, and recovery. When athletes return after a Performance United training camp at altitude they’re significantly stronger and more powerful due to the increased mass of their circulating red blood cells that training at altitude enables.

In addition to altitude, Colorado Springs provides a low-stress training environment that provides both fresh, clean mountain air and mild temperatures all year long with over 300 days of blue sky sunshine per year.
