Simply put, without Andy, Sarah and Performance United, I would have achieved nothing in track cycling. Sarah's success set the benchmark in the group. Andy established a working environment which made any goal seem achievable. He put together plans for specific targets and the execution seemed easy. Hard work done right pays off. I came from nowhere in track cycling to winning a list of international medals, including a world title and Olympic qualification.Martyn Irvine: Ireland's First-World Champion in 200 Years, 3-Time World Championship Medalist, 2012 Olympian
